Hola a todos,
Vamos a ver algunos aspectos del español. ¿Qué reconoces en las fotos? ¿Qué ciudades conoces? ¿Qué tradiciones conoces? ¿Qué monumentos conoces? ¿Qué famosos conoces?
That´s really an interesting presentation! I thought it would be hard to understand something, but the pictures made it rather easy. I especially liked the pictures of the landscape! They are amazing!!
I think this presentation gives a nice overview of the Spanish speaking world in general. The pictures speak for themselves and point out what "Spanish" stands for. I recognised f.i. the Machu Picchu, the different kinds of dances like el flamenco.. I am not sure about all the traditions but I do know about the bull fights. ;) Celebrities I've recognised are Che Guevara, Juanes, Penelope Cruz, Shakira, Señora Lopez, Cervantes, Enriuque Iglesias, Fernando Alonso, Torres... Rafael Nadal is missing tho :)
La presentación es muy interessante. Es interessante estudiar la cultura y los varios países. Muchas personas importantes hablan español. Es una lengua muy importante en el mundo. Quiero visitar muchos países.
That was a very nice presentation! I understand a lot but I'm still unsure about the right translation.
I recognised that 385 million people speak spanish, the bull fighting and the flamenco dancers. I know some celebreties: Enrique Iglesias, Shakira and Penelope Cruz
Unfortunately I do not speek spanish yet. But I am certain, I´ll have a lot of fun with learning this language. I am looking forward to going through the whole culture, menatlities, traditions and monuments of Spain. I have never been to any spanish speeking countries at all, which is really a fact I would like to change!
The thing I love the most about Spain, is the lively spirit of the people. I love the dancing and the music. In general, people in southern countries seem to be more lively, more open minded and simply more frugal! In addition to that, I would totally appreciate an establishment of the so called "siesta" here in western countries.
I do like this video because it clearly shows the differencies of all countries, nations and places. None is similar to another one. There is such a huge variety given. People are different because they adapt themselves to a certain area and region of their country or pay. I find it very interesting to see what might be the major things people would differ from other people. Like in the video shown; different traditions and habits, dancing styles, the type of music , the kind of sports they pratice, events they celebrate and of course the language they speek. All those points refer to a high variety in our world.
And I guess it´s totally on us, if we want to find out more about people, nations, landscapes or countries of our world.
So, my personal "world -discovering-process" starts in Spain!
Thanks for this nice presentation about the spanish language and their traditon and culture. It was really interesting and I recognized a lot of things, f.e. some celebs, some monuments and cities. I didn´t know, that so many countries speak the spanish language - unbelievable!!! I´ve already been 3 times in Spain and now i´m looking forward to learn this nice language. Because i love this country and their hospitality and of course i´m a fan of the spanish football team. :) Cu on thursday Rainer
I really likes that presentation! A lot of interesting facts: 358 million spanish speaking people on more than 20 countries is amazing!!!! Although they all share their language they have such a variety of cultures, habits, landscapes,...
I am looking forward to learning more Spanish and to discover all of the things shown in the presentation!
To my mind the video gives a good insight into the Spanish language, Spanish speaking countries, their culture and sights.
I was impressed by the fact how widely spread Spanish is. I didn’t know that Spanish is so common in countries such as the U.S.A.
I recognized the bull fights, the Iguazu waterfalls, the Machu Picchu, the sculptures from Easter Island and typical dances like samba or tango. The presentation also includes some well-known celebrities such as Che Guevara, Picasso, Enrique Iglesias, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez and Penelope Cruz.
I have never been to any Spanish speaking country, therefore I am very much looking forward to learning the language, getting to know the people, culture and finally visit some of these countries.
I really enjoyed the presentation. I am really interested in learning more about the spanish language and culture. I love spanish people's attitude, their mentality. They are funny, always in a good mood and they are very social people. I recognizes a lot of things in the presentation, for example the tradition of the bull fights, some celebreties (Fernando Alonso, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira) The fascinating monuments and the landscape make me wanna go to a spanish speaking country as soon as possible.
I think that the presentation gives an interesting overview over Spanish as language, but also about everything that should come in our minds when we think about Spanish- there is so much more behind it!
I really enjoyed the photographs of the landscapes and the monuments! It was also fun to see how many prominent people have their roots in a Spanish speaking country! I recognised a lot of them, such as Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias, Fernando Torres... But for me, the most exciting part was the one about the folklore. I really loved the pictures which showed the power of the different dances and the fun people have when enjoying them.
Since I have never been to a Spanish speaking country before, I really look forward to learning more about them and hope, that I will soon get the possibility to travel to one of them (:
It was very interesting for me to see the "spanish" side of life, because I was only used to the prejudices of the Italien way of life so very interesting for me.
Especially I liked the different possebilities to dance. Otherwise I was also very amazed by the different landscapes which you can find in spanish speaking countries. I was also impressed by the amount of famous persons who are from spanish speaking countries so wow!
I´m really looking forward to get to know the spanish culture and the spanish people (of course also the language ;-) )
Thanks for this really nice presentation on Spanish speaking countries/people/places of interest etc.!
I'm honestly amazed by the stunning landscapes and monuments Spanish speaking countries have to offer! Unfortunately, I've never been to any Spanish speaking country for the time being, but obviously there's a huge variety on interesting places to see :)
Apart from that I recognized that I already know a lot of "Spanish faces", such as Jennifer Lopez, Penelope Cruz, Fernando Torres, Shakira or Che Guevara!
I'm really looking forward to getting in closer touch with the Spanish culture, Spanish people and their way of life by firstly learning their LANGUAGE! :o)

I really didn't know that so many people speak spanish as their mother language, that it is even on the second place! That's really much and I think it's really interesting to know about that!
I am really looking forward for the next spanish class where I hope to get to know more about the language and the culture!
Thank you very much for preparing that nice presentation. In fact I just now little about Spain and neither about the spanish language.
So this presentation gave me a brief insight into some major information and just increased my eagerness to learn more!
I'd love to visit the country and meet its people as soon as anyhow possible! To get a better understanding this is one the main reasons why I chose Spanish as the language I am really looking forward to studying and hopefully speaking and applying soon.
I haven't had a clue about in how many countries Spanish is spoken although I knew it is the the 2nd most spoken language in the world. I recognized a few of the celebrity-faces and as the spanish culture is known as quite spirited and fiery we all know the very well known dancestyles like the Flamenco or Paso Doble.
Furthermore I was stunned by the amazing pictures of the different landscapes as I haven't got the chance yet to visit the country and travel it myself.
For summing it up I just want to say that I am looking forward to the following courses and hope to be able to speak (correctly pronounce) and understand Spanish in the very near futur!

I was not aware of the fact that spanish is so influential in numerous countries spread all over the world. Thus, I am glad that I made the right decision in choosing spanish as foreign language to study.
However, I have to admit that I am not quite aware of typically spanish or latin american traditions except for two: Firstly, I regognize "la corrida de toros" with the famous "torero" and his red cape. One famous building I know is the cathedral in Barcelona. Regarding folklore, the "Flamenco" with its "castañuelas" come to my mind.
Fortunately I recognize more of the famous personalities than landscapes. I can identify Che Guevara, actresses as e.g. Penelope Cruz and Jennifer Lopez, footballstar Fernando Torres, artists like Pablo Picasso or Frida Kahlo, Enrique Iglesias, Juanes, Shakira (and again Jennifer Lopez), who are famous singers and finally the author of Don Quijote - Miguel de Cervantes.

This presentation was giving me some impressions about the importance of the spanish language and i really liked the colorful pictures when it comes to the festivals, also the different landscapes were pretty impressive. I'm really looking forward to learn more about the Spanish culture and can't wait to finally be able to communicate in Spanish.

I am looking so much forward to learning more about the language, the people and the culture.
Hasta luego!
